Also we are the first company producing Certified Recycle Yarn in Turkey.

Also we are the first company producing Certified Recycle Yarn in Turkey.

WEAVING - AKBAŞLAR Textile Weaving Facility, with its modern machinery and weaving capacity of 1.000.000 meters per month, offers its customers a wide range of fabric types. We carry 10.000.000 metres of imported & our own woven greige stocks. More complex items are woven in-house. Our R&D department are constantly sourcing & developing new qualities.

KNITTING -AKBAŞLAR Textile Knitting Facility, with its modern machinery and knitting capacity of 150 tons per month, produces single jersey, interlock, rib, plush (wellsoft) and various Fleece qualities.

DYEING - AKBAŞLAR Textile carry out production, with its modern machinery and dye capacity of 900 tons per month.

PRINTING - AKBAŞLAR Textile Printing, with its Rotation Printing machines is capable of 2.000.000 meters/month rotation printing and with 2.500.000 meters / month of digital printing with its 3 Multi Pass and 1 Mini Lario Digital Printing machines. With the second MS Lario Single Pass Digital Printing Machine in 2014 and investment on Multi-Pass Digital printing machine, it has the largest digital print capacity in Turkey.

GARMENT - AKBAŞLAR Textile Garment factory has a large collection of knitted and woven fabrics. The company is preferred by the world brands in the fast fashion area with its fast service using the advantages of being an integrated facility. Our Турция and Tokat factories produce over 750.000 pieces / month women's clothing.

ACTIVE WEAR - Fit Fast, which started its first activity under the umbrella of Akbaşlar Tekstil in 2018, aimed to add elegance to the performance characteristics of sportswear. The brand's aim is to bring together sustainability, success, respect for the environment and innovation in sportswear. Fit Fast has the ability to produce accredited products by domestic and international companies such as Decathlon, Puma, New Balance, Defacto, C&A, Dagi, H&M, Koton, Lc Waikiki and Exuma. In addition, it offers products to the collections of many brands with its strong design aspects. Starting with the sustainability principle in managing its processes, Fit Fast shows an environmentalist approach with the correct use of natural resources in both product groups and production & process development processes.

STORES - Random is AKBAŞLAR's registered ready to wear brand. Random's main objective is to create a collection for the metropolitan woman. The brand aspires to give women a feeling of style & confidence in her every day life.

R & D CENTER - AKBAŞLAR Textile R&D Center was established on 13.11.2015 with the approval of the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology. Being the 12th R&D Center in the textile sector in Turkey, the R&D Center has a team of 40 experts. AKBAŞLAR Textile R&D Center carries out projects for production & process development, product development, design, patent, chemistry analysis and physical testing units, as well as for women's outerwear, sportswear and the defense industry.

MARKETING - AKBAŞLAR is continuing marketing activities with its production facility in Турция, Turkey as well as its offices located in Istanbul. In addition to it's offices in Turkey and with the aim of making AKBAŞLAR Brand a Global player, we have opened Design & Marketing offices in London & Barcelona.
