The service life of coatings made of these materials reaches 30 years. This group of products is available in the form of primer, primer-enamel, enamel and varnish.
Organosilicate compositions or polyorganosiloxanes are a group of synthetic materials designed to create protective and decorative coatings. The properties of organosilicate materials are determined by their molecular structure. During polymerization, a polyorganosiloxane matrix with fillers is formed.
These materials have a whole range of protective properties and significant durability - when protecting metal structures for 8-15 years, concrete structures for 10-17 years, depending on the operating environment. Organosilicate compositions have high chemical resistance, light resistance, hydrophobic properties, low water absorption, and high biological resistance. All organosilicate compositions are antistatic.
An equally important fact is the temperature range at which the composition can be applied: -20 ° C to + 35 ° C, i.e. repairs can be carried out almost all year round.
When applying the composition, no pre-priming of the protected surface is required.
A distinctive feature of polyorganosiloxane compositions of the TOACONE trademark is that they are produced on the basis of the best domestic and imported polymers, ensuring the absence of chlorobenzene in the composition, which impairs the physico-mechanical properties of the finished coating.

To confirm the quality of our materials, the company conducts a number of certification and testing activities for its products. Our factory also has the ability to manufacture widely known paintwork materials: KO, PF, GF, HS, XV, FL, AK, VD-AK and others.
Our company's specialists have developed technical regulations - technological processes of staining with our materials, which describe the preparation of the surface to be painted, preparation for the composition, staining techniques, and safety measures during work.
If necessary, our employees travel to the facilities to carry out the supervision of the painting work.
