Yangi Toshkent is a large-scale satellite city project launched by decree of the President of Uzbekistan in July 2023. The city will be located in the eastern part of Tashkent, covering an area of 20,000 hectares, bordered by the Karasuv River to the east and Yangibozor to the north. To date, a master plan has been developed for 6,000 hectares, with the first phase of 1,000 hectares fully planned and its land already being prepared for sale.
