"Xi’an Ocean Logistics Co.,Ltd. was founded in December 2021 as a joint venture of COSCO Shipping, Shaanxi National Railway, Xi’an Free Trade Port, and Qingdao Ocean Daya. Located in Xi’an Chanba International Port, its 196-mu park is the city’s only container logistics hub with an intelligent management system.

The park features two rail lines, 8,000 TEU daily stacking capacity, a 6,200㎡ warehouse, and cold chain & repair zones. Services include container handling, warehousing, sea-rail intermodal, and “Chang’an” block train services.

Connecting Xi’an to Qingdao, Shanghai, Central Asia and Europe, the company’s smart system boosts efficiency and provides cost‑effective logistics solutions. It will continue to drive the “port + railway + park” model toward a leading smart logistics platform in western China."
