We are the VYAZOFF Factory, a full-cycle knitting facility in St. Petersburg. Our facility performs machine knitting and contract manufacturing of knitwear for businesses. Our clients include clothing brands, retailers, marketplace sellers, corporate clients, as well as sports clubs, schools, and teams.

We rely on technological advancements, process precision, and strict quality control. Machine knitting allows us to ensure consistent product parameters, precise geometry, and repeatability—key factors for serial production and scaling. Before launching a production run, we create a sample, coordinate all parameters, and establish the technical specifications to ensure the final product fully meets customer expectations.

We develop two key areas. The first is products for brands and retailers: hats of various designs, scarves and snoods, sweaters and jumpers, capsule collections, and private label and private label items. Our second area is knitted merch and branded products: fan scarves, corporate kits, team jumpers, blankets, and accessories for events and promotional campaigns. This merch becomes part of brand identity, reinforces corporate culture, and creates a visual unity for teams and communities.

Our minimum production run is 10 units per model and color. This allows our partners to test new models, launch capsule collections, and quickly respond to demand without unnecessary risks. We handle the full product preparation cycle: we create branded tags and labels, handle packaging, and prepare products for retail and marketplace sales.

Our work is conducted legally: we use electronic document management and, if necessary, label products in the Chestny Znak system. When working on projects, we sign non-disclosure agreements, ensuring the confidentiality of developments and the protection of commercial information.

We are focused on long-term partnerships and open to production collaboration: we participate in joint projects, help distribute workloads, and ensure stable supplies throughout Russia and the Republic of Belarus.
