The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia is a national trade union center independent of the state, political structures, and business entities. It is the largest workers' association in Russia. The FNPR participates at the expert level in the development of federal and regional laws concerning social and labor issues, the observance of workers' and trade union rights, and actively influences the improvement of Russian legislation.
