The company's quality management system complies with ISO 9001. Quality control has been introduced in production for compliance with the requirements of RT-Technical acceptance. The following types of alloys are used for the manufacture of welding wire: SvA5, SvAK5, SVAMTS, SvAMg3, SvAMg5, SvAMg6, SvAMg61(1561), Sv1575(1561Sc) according to GOST 7871-2019, 4043, 5356, 5183, 5087 and others according to TU 24.42.23-002-63761680-2023 . The production of high-purity aluminum wire SvA97, SvA99, 4N5(A995) has been mastered.
Avial offers to supply materials for the innovative additive technology of welding metal wire by arc welding in protective gases 3DMP(3D Metal Print)/WAAM. For 3DMP/WAAM wire coating, Avial offers alloy wire 1575(1561Sc), patent for invention 2663446.
The Avial plant also offers to supply high-precision blanks made of aluminum alloy plates.
