The Non-profit organization Foundation for Development of Tube Industry was established in 1999 by the largest tube and pipe plants of the Russian Federation. At present, the founders of the Foundation are Volzhskiy, Severskiy, Sinarskiy, Chelyabinskiy, Pervouralskiy, Almetyevskiy Tube plants and Vyksunskiy, Taganrogskiy Metallurgical Plants. The Foundation aimes at promotion and protection of interests of Russian tubes and pipes producers in the domestic and international markets.
