The 18000 square meters workshops in second phase has been completed and put into operation this year, located in High-grade mold Park in Beilun Ningbo.

The company's main business relates to the manufacturing of large and medium-sized die-casting mould (vacuum die-casting mould, Aluminum die-casting mold, zinc alloy die-casting mould), die casting production and CNC machining. Our die-casting parts exported to the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the Middle East and other countries and regions.
The mold department has more than 50 machines including high-speed CNC, Longmen CNC, EDM, wire EDM, clamping machine, deep hole drilling, engraving machine and other special equipments. Die Casting Department has 17 die-casting machines including 160 tons ~2000 tons LK automatic cold chamber die casting machines and 66 tons ~280 tons LK hot chamber die casting machines equipped with vacuum pump and other advanced technology equipments.The CNC department has more than 20 high precision CNC machines. The Quality department has one X ray detector, two 3D control machine and other precision metering equipments.
